Shot Gun Start with a PBR Finish!

Sport Science had fierce representation at this year’s Hood to Coast relay race. After 197 grueling miles, Team PRB me ASAP charged across the finish line on the Oregon coast, placing 107^th out of 1000 teams. Averaging a 7:37 minute per mile pace, we’re glad they were sporting our shirts because you know they were sweating!

Hood to Coast, which is known as the “Mother of all Relays,” spans 197 hilly miles from the top of Mt. Hood to the sandy beach of Seaside, OR. Founded in 1982 by 35 time marathoner and 13 time ultra-marathoner, Bob Foote, who needed a new challenge, this race isn’t for the faint of heart.
